The reader not only learns about the unique art of ancient Egypt but he/she also learns about the history surrounding the art. The student learns that Egyptian art was based on religion and that magic was an integral part of the Egyptian religion. The book explains how to make religious objects, building tools, crowns, amulets, toys and games. It provides information for middle school age students in age-specific vocabulary.

ANCIENT EGYPTIAN ART - THE FUN WAY is a culmination of the writer's studies, research, and interviews in the United States and in two trips to Egypt. The writer has lectured on ancient Egyptian art and mummies in schools, colleges and museums on Long Island.
