Letters from oblivion

Omar Bumba is the product of love between an Italian woman and a Kenyan man. Omar has learned from parents, both doctors, not to think about work as a simple means of obtaining money, but as a way to improve himself and the others. Omar applies this suggestion to his life, so he decides to support those non-profit associations which operate in poor countries, donating part of his earnings as a hotel employee. He begins to receive letters about the situation in those lands, where every need is absolute and the feeling of not being able to do enough increases his frustration. Omar is sucked by the communications he receives, and that's all he can think of. His days pass between listening to U2 and household chores, work and the recurring feeling of having to do something. The cages are the limits all of us have, they don't allow us to live fully. Will Omar be able to get out of his one?
