In a not-so-distant future, Dreams really do come true...

When the world ignores a warning of total destruction, it rebuilds itself around the Dreamers that can predict and prevent another catastrophe. Revered, rich, and powerful, Dreamers are protected from all the dangers this new world presents.

So when Charlie discovers she has the talent, she's confused that her parents want her to hide it. But she trusts them. Rather than send her away to be trained to be of service to the Nation, her father spends years helping those she sees in danger while also secretly teaching her the rules that govern her Dreams.

Or so she thinks.

Now in her final year at school, Charlie discovers she might have a greater role to play in this new world than she ever realized. She'll have to make a choice:

Listen to her parents and follow the path her Dreams have laid out. Or follow her heart to an uncertain and unknown future.
