Can you tell what is true and what isn't? This book contains over 2300 facts divided into game sets of 50 questions.

There are hundreds of facts which people believe are TRUE, but are actually FALSE, such as:

"A goldfish has an attention span of just 3 seconds."
Answer is FALSE. This was proved false by The Discovery Channel's television program Mythbusters. Goldfish have a memory of at least 3 months.

"The average human eats about 8 spiders a year while they are sleeping."
Answer is FALSE. This fact was disseminated in 1993 to show absurd things people will believe because they read them on the internet, as uncovered by Snopes.

"The quack sound of a duck will not cause an echo."
Answer is FALSE. The website Snopes and the TV show Mythbusters proved this wrong. Both tests concluded a duck's quack will echo but it's hard to distinguish.

"Caller ID for landlines are illegal in California, USA."
Answer is FALSE. There's no law against havingCaller ID in California, but there were lengthy debates over making it illegal in the early 90s.
