Caution: Please read the fine print…

Possible side effects that may take place when a veggie bouquet is present: vegetables, vitamins, minerals, nutrients, and live enzymes will be ingested supporting health! There is a natural gravitational pull that affects those who come into contact with your creation.  It causes a widening of the eyes, and for many they will lose the ability to speak for a short period of time and children will just stand in awe.  These side effects will gently subside over time, but these bouquets will never fail to make smiles. :)

About the Author

Amie Sue Oldfather began her journey into healthy living and eating in 2007, when after reading about the benefits of a raw food diet, decided to try it out for herself.  This led to attending Living Light Culinary Arts Institute the following year.   Soon it became her mission to share what she was learning, hoping to be an inspiration to others so they might increase the amount of fresh, whole foods in their diet. And of course demonstrating that eating healthy is not a sacrifice, but can be fun and delicious.

Needing a place to express this passion, NouveauRaw.com was born. This website now has become a worldwide favorite, and received a Best of Raw accolade for the best online raw blog.  As well as awards for best raw photographer and raw gourmet chef.

Her continuing love of learning has garnered a certificate from IIN Integrative Nutrition as a health and wellness coach, and a plant-based professional culinary certification through Rouxbe Cooking School.
