Ryan took classes with legendary paranormal investigator from Shelton,CT named John Zaffis. He studied many paranormal books and did research for a few years before venturing all over CT with his own equipment and groups to begin getting results for himself. He has gone to some of the most well known and notorious haunted location throughout Connecticut including Bara-Hack, Dudleytown, Fairfield Hills asylum and many more. This book is different than the average paranormal book because of the author's rebellious nature in the sense that he tells things exactly how they happened including arguments with fellow group members and things such as hiding the vehicle so they wouldn't get caught illegally trespassing on certain properties. It also has a lot of paranormal photographs that were taken on these investigations.
