This book is all about observations and reflections on life. Over the years, these have been put down on scraps of paper and now finally gathered together into a single work. Sometimes, random thoughts. Also, advice from older others and 'mentors.' Thoughts where the mind wanders under unusual circumstances. Funny. Touching. Informative and interesting. Dare one say motivational? It would be fair to say that, on average, the reader will be greeted by something new and perhaps totally unrelated to the previous page. If there is a single thread that runs through the book, it is a positive and uplifting one. Also, for better or worse, the reader can tell that this book was not written by some young, inexperienced kid. Clearly, the author gained much wisdom through pain. The book is an 'easy read' and the contents of any random page may serve as stimulus for lively discussion. Any way you slice it, this is a 'feel good' book.
