For the vast majority of folks their homes are their single biggest investment and asset. They've invested thousands of dollars to purchase, maintain and improve them and to make them their own. Nobody knows your home as well as you.

Yet according to an National Association of Realtors 2011 profile of home buyers and sellers, only 10 percent of all homes are sold by owners. Why is this so low?

Fear.

Selling your home yourself is THE best way to save a ton of money but, for most folks, it's a confusing process. That's why I wrote my book.

In Save The Six I will walk you through the process from beginning to end using a common sense and plain spoken approach. I will remove the fog that surrounds the process and lead you to the light where the pot of gold (aka your money) awaits.

Ask yourself this: Would I rather spend six bucks and save six percent or you would I rather spend it on a grande latte as you hand over thousands to a Realtor?

Once you've honestly answered that question go brew yourself a pot of coffee (it's sooo much cheaper!), sit back and get ready to save some serious cash!
