A bitter battle breaks out between the Demons, the Diamondites and the Fairies, all seeking to influence fate in their favour. Yet the strong bonds of the past bind the protagonists together to form an unbreakably bonded entity from which none of them can escape. Driven by the shadows of the past they recognise that they are not as free in their decision-making as they had thought.
