Convenient or Not…Love Always Finds a Way.

The good life Macoy Johnson has built in his peaceful hometown as a police officer and single father is suddenly threatened. Mac’s ex-wife wants custody of their son, Beck, though she hasn’t bothered to contact the boy since she dropped him off on Mac’s doorstep nine years ago.

Noelle Treloar looks forward to Mac and Beck’s visits at her café every Friday night. She admires the sweet relationship the father and son share. When Mac tells her of his dilemma and that his attorney intimated marriage would help his case, without thinking, she proposes. Noelle believes Mac and Beck belong together and is happy to help in anyway she can.

Mac is shocked when Eden Falls’ pretty café owner proposes marriage until he can gain full custody of his son. After contemplating her crazy plan, Mac decides the arrangement might just work.

The couple finds pretending to love each other easier than they imagined. Though Beck is shy around his own mother, he readily accepts Noelle in the role. Despite Mac’s ex-wife’s attempts to disrupt, the new family settles into a comfortable life together.

To Noelle, this marriage of convenience is the ideal solution…until she realizes she’s fallen in love with her new husband and his son. Will Mac return her love or will Noelle’s heart be shattered by the perfect plan to save father and son?
