Jake Elmbridge’s family is moving house again. His new home is different to anywhere he’s lived before. Built right next to the world-famous Brooklands racing circuit and Brooklands Museum, the view from his new bedroom window is pretty unusual. So too are the things Jake keeps seeing. He’s convinced that the ghost of a Brooklands racing driver has started following him around. What a ghost could possibly want from Jake is something he's determined to find out. Meanwhile in the heart of Europe, Count Unterheim has been plotting. He may be frail, but nobody will prevent him from achieving his life ambition.
