乳房纤维瘤是指乳房部出现的一种硬结肿块。其特点是呈圆形、椭圆形的肿块，表面光滑，推之活动，一般多单发，好发于20～25岁的青年女子。其病多因情志内伤，肝郁痰凝，痰淤互结乳房所致。本病治疗以疏肝理气，化痰散结为主。乳房纤维瘤虽属良性肿瘤，但亦有恶变可能，一旦发现，应于手术治疗。
